The call can be great and member will satisfied but you will still not get a 100% because you didn’t say specific words or because you had the member on hold for more than 30 secs. They OVER WORK YOU and don’t want to compensate you for your hard work! They expect you to get 100% on a call and QA will pick on you on every single call and tell you that you did something wrong. If you try to take a personal they will also question you as if you don’t have a right to use personal time. First, let me say this company is only getting worst by the year! You can’t even put your self on “after call work” once you’re done with a call because you’ll receive a message stating you need to get off “after call work” and get back on “ready” right away. If you’re looking for a job who always is asking you what you’re doing, then this is the job for you. But if you’re looking for a place to work where you can feel miserable every single day of your life. So if you’re looking for a job that’s not stressful (mainly because of how ridiculous management is) and want to feel you’re making a difference in people’s lives then this job is definitely not for you.
